Getting Started

How do I access the course after purchase?

After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email with your login credentials and course access link. Simply click the link, log in with your credentials, and you'll have immediate access to all course materials.

What equipment/software do I need?

You need a computer (Windows, Mac, or Linux) with internet access. All software used in the course is free. We'll guide you through installing Visual Studio Code (code editor) and setting up your development environment in the first module.

How long will it take to complete the course?

The course contains 50+ hours of video content. Most students complete it in 2-4 months depending on their pace. You have lifetime access, so you can learn at whatever speed works best for you.

Do I need to watch lessons in order?

We recommend following the course in order, especially if you're a beginner. Each module builds on the previous one. However, if you have some experience, you can jump to specific topics you want to learn.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

I didn't receive my access email. What should I do?

First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at [email protected] with your purchase details and we'll resend your access information.

Can I share my account with others?

No, course access is for individual use only. Sharing accounts violates our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension. If you'd like to purchase access for others, please contact us about team pricing.

How long do I have access to the course?

You have lifetime access! Once you purchase the course, you can access it forever, including any future updates we make to the content.

Technical Issues

Videos won't play or keep buffering. What should I do?

Try these steps: 1) Check your internet connection, 2) Try a different browser, 3) Clear your browser cache, 4) Disable browser extensions, 5) Try lowering the video quality. If issues persist, contact us.

Can I download videos for offline viewing?

Currently, videos are streaming-only to protect our content. However, all code files, resources, and written materials can be downloaded for offline use.

My code isn't working like in the video. Help!

Don't worry, this is a normal part of learning! First, download and compare your code with the lesson's source files. Check for typos, missing characters, or incorrect indentation. If you're still stuck, email us with your code and we'll help troubleshoot.

What browsers are supported?

We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. For the best learning experience and for web development, we suggest using Google Chrome as it has excellent developer tools.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I request a refund?

Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
